This is an encouraging story of American determination which I'm happy to report, is still alive and well in Pahrump, Nevada.

Apparently, one member of the town council put an item on the agenda regarding barring firearms "on town-owned property, in town-owned buildings and at town-sponsored events".  Well the town turned out IN FORCE to this meeting and the gun ban was promptly removed from the agenda.

That didn't stop the 200 or so people from wanting to speak their minds.
